It is common to have minor cosmetic abnormalities during the first year as the home goes through its first weather cycle. At Homes West, we believe that our relationship is not over upon completion of the home. We offer a written warranty on each home we sell and we honor the terms of that warranty. Providing prompt response to warranty items is one more way in which we are able to satisfy our customers.
